His number has been silent last few games.

Did I miss him being dinged up? He showed a lot of promise last year.

Don't see him being thrown to much.
 
Needs to work on the hands.
 
Neither of the te are reliable receiving threats, unfortunately.
 
So, we seem to have a catch-22 here (no pun intended): is UConn unable to recruit talented TE capable of playing at this level and therefore chooses not to even bother utilizing them or . . . is it because they don't utilize the TEs, despite an anemic offense, that talented TEs decline the opportunity to play for UConn.

I think #80 had two nice receptions tonight and shows promise. #86 also shows some promise but needs to go up and battle (and win jump balls) at 6' 6" much like the BYU receivers did on a couple of occasions both tonight and earlier in the season.
 
Meyers is a beast. Bloom needs to be replaced by Max D as I mentioned elsewhere. If you don't throw high to our tall TE's in the redzone, they are being misused anyway.
