In this picture from a few years back, Geno is clearly being rushed off by his team for emergency treatment after being critically affected in some way. What happened to him?

A. Massive shock after watching Tiff take a 3-pointer from inside 35 feet.
B. A case of hilariosis frozenis after seeing what Jeff Walz was wearing in the NC game.
C. Back rearranged after Tina got a little over exuberant with a post game hug.
D. Petrified amazement after Meghan Gardler finished off an NC game without picking up a foul.
E. Too much time practicing the Dave Clark Five's "Glad All Over" for team karoake night.

Not sure about that, Biff. I think that one was from when Geno had a little problem with his balance on the ladder while cutting the cords and got a little snarled up in the netting. Not really sure how the bow-tie ended up in his mouth, but I'm suspecting Bill Nye the Science Guy had something to do with it. And that's how conspiracy theories get started.
