I guess it depends on which ex UCONN player's opinion you trust the most. Lobo said that EDD had a great game but that Griner is still the number 1 pick due to her height and athleticism.

Don't get me wrong, EDD has superior basketball skills but IMO BG' still has so much room to grow her game that in 5 years BG will be the most dominant player to ever play the game. She is still learning.

Since I am a relatively new fan of UConn WBB, I went back and watch game from year
past on Youtube. Just watch part of the 2002 SemiFinal UConn/Tenn game. Sue is
an amazing smart player. That 2002 team would destroy the 2013 team I think.

The 2002 team would beat any team yet assembled, I think. The one that would have given them some trouble is the team with Monty, Tina, and Maya...that was quite a trio.
