Lawyer: KU's Self weighing legal action vs. NCAA

Bill Self is considering legal action against the NCAA as a result of its investigation into his program, his attorney informed college sports' governing body last week.

Don't like the guy. He's got a lot to explain away and with a lawsuit this could be in the courts for years. Maybe trying to scare the NCAA to back off some.

Had to laugh at his lawyer's comment about this type case against Self not being the norm. Sure it's not, because the NCAA usually goes after the weaker schools.

He must be worried and probably thinks a lawsuit may make the NCAA back off due to the legal expenses they'll incur while in the midst of other cases and their usual "work" finding a way to punish the innocents.
