Good god, did not realize the QB coach was Lombardi's son. Cowherd came out and basically said this is a friends & family staff, and that the old Belichick would have never hired the current Belichick. He kind of nailed it. At some point after Brady it almost felt like Beli was just riding out his name and turning into some type of cowboy who doesn't give a @#$t. It's been a really weird latest chapter for the guy. He was a man built on no distractions, staying under the radar and disciplined and now runs a program like Barnum & Bailey.

I think that's more a scoring defense number. The way they got gashed at home, they'll need to score at the level of Brady's age.

I am just giving background to the non-informed. Undoubtedly a pathetic performance. Should have went to somewhere like WVU.

This isn't going to get better. I'm very sensitive to aging folks these days. Things just don't get better after a certain age.

Fortunately, UNC has one of the easier ACC schedules. Wouldn’t bet against them winning 7 or 8 games.

If UNC CH can’t beat UNC Charlotte next weekend, it might be a small sign they’ll really sukc the rest of the season. /s
 
college football is a young man's game, obviously. and you need an super energetic coach. We are lucky with Jim Mora. USC had Pete Carroll who never ever sat still. In addition to recruiting and coaching you now have the portal. It's a 24/7 job and kids need to be motivated. BB was always a complete bore so he just doesn't seem like a good fit for any college program. Unless he completely delegated to great assistant coaches. We are witnessing the downfal of BB live. Soon his 24 year old girlfriend might wake up and realize BB is only getting worse while she hasn't even hit her prime. It will be a sad decent for a once great coach. But it will be entertaining for the rest of us.
