Tyler is by far not the worst big man we've ever had starting. By that I mean he has potential to make a name for himself the next two years. He's got a good foundation to build on, with a ring (that he earned). We have always been fortunate to have him, now more than ever.

Local kid who adored UConn, he would be the last one to transfer or to see UConn fail.

I'll take someone working at 100% over someone with a higher ceiling. Sounds like he knew he dropped the ball last year. It's always harder to stay there than to get there.
