the most interesting thing about this chart is how far ahead gillespie is than even his nova teammates. pretty impressive.

season cumulative +/- realllly favors players that log a lot of minutes in a lot of games, which explains our guards being so much higher than our bigs. the fact that martin missed some games this year and is still so high on the list probably speaks to his impact on the game, as well.
 
Yeah these types of unadjusted plus/minuses are really about 1) team strength, 2) minutes played, 3) actual player impact..

What this graphic tells me is that Gillespie. Nunge, and Lewis have been the 3 most important players in the conference by this metric.

What about the Horch?
 
It's been a decade since I've watched enough non-Uconn conference games to look at a list like this, and have a sense of almost anybody on it, and be aware of those not on the list due to overall team performance. And I've watched more out-of-conference games than since thatong ago as well.
