Let's forget all the doom and gloom stuff for a bit. We haven't had a game in a week and I need some basketball to distract me. Let's talk favorite Big East moments. BET, big east games, whatever you got. Let's bring a bit of positiveness to the board during an awful period for our University and State.

My top 3 moments:

1) Kemba breaking ankles of McGhee and hitting shot for the winner
2) 6OT game was the most incredible basketball game we will ever see despite the loss
3) Ray's runner

Keep um coming folks I need some happy thoughts.

Hartford Courant Headline: "It's late, It's Tate, It's Great!"

Huskies vs. Huskies in the Great 8: Rip's fall away jumper goes in with @ 3 seconds left as he hits the deck.

1999 National Championship: UConn's win is guaranteed as the ball is stolen on the Duke inbound.

1989-90 Season beating Georgetown on Monday night & beating Syracuse in the same week.

The bus trip to MSG to watch UConn beat the Johnnies. Donyell scores a ton of points (43?) & the Red___ keep putting him on the foul line.

Weekend long bustrips to Philly to watch UConn play the White Rat & Nova. (Loved watching Rip play so close to his home)

just to name a few...

Khalid beating Pitt then jumping on the table.
The last-two-minute comeback against Pitt in the BET championship in 2004 when Emeka was ailing.
The incredible five games in five nights run at MSG.
Beating 'Cuse on the road without Rip

Watching Nadav Henefeld for a season and the mind-numbing depression when announced he wasn't coming back.

Kemba and Co. with 5 wins in 5 days.

"Last night we broke some hearts and kicked some ass."

That NIT title with Jeff King and the boyz.
