Big East Membership equals new Stadium for U of Houston

Houston is celebrating its upcoming move from Conference USA to full membership in the Big East per a release carried in the Norwich Bulletin today. It is a report by Kristie Rieken of the AP. Ground breaking will take place at a cost 85 million. No word on seating capacity.
