Fire Kim English.
He probably needed a few more developmental years before getting that job.He seems like a nice guy in every interview I have seen of him, I think he comports himself well on the sideline, and I like what I see in game plan and in game coaching, but he is just not a winner. He is kind of like Tim Welsh that way.
This team is too talented to be losing almost every 50/50 game.
Guy can recruit. He needs a tactician on his staff that can run XO's, analytics and help him manage a game.He probably needed a few more developmental years before getting that job.
He brought in essentially an offensive coordinator from the NBA this offseason, Bryan Tibaldi. Was briefly a Cavs assistant (but had some college experience before that).Guy can recruit. He needs a tactician on his staff that can run XO's, analytics and help him manage a game.
Be interesting to see what GM was the year before he got there. If bad, then you could call that a mild turnaround. Simply not enough runway for a High D1 job.He brought in essentially an offensive coordinator from the NBA this offseason, Bryan Tibaldi. It's worked.

Correct. He even pretty wildly underachieved in the season before he got the PC job. His 2 years at GM were pretty similar to Paulsen's run. Tony Skinn immediately did much better, and is wasn't with Kim's guys since Kim took most of them with him to PC.Be interesting to see what GM was the year before he got there.
