need good wing defenders....guys like martin for example

what are you talking about? powell is graduating and bey is going pro so this isnt just about next year. i was making a general comment about the big east having good wing players so martin (as a good wing defender) will be an asset during his 2 years here starting in 2021. your little comment about jackson and adams was obviously another shot at martin being redundant and not "fitting into the scheme"

You said we need good wing defenders. I said Adams and Jackson will fill that void next season. Nothing I said was a reference to Martin. Don’t try to make something out of nothing

bro...use some common sense. for the past 2 days youve been a broken record saying martin doesnt fit into our scheme and isn't good enough and just another brandon adams yada yada yada. i wasnt the only one who thought your response to my comment about martin was more of the same so dont act like an innocent victim

Big East is a guard and wing league. It had by far the best guard play out of any conference this season.

Agreed. Markus Howard, Myles Powell, Ty-Shon Alexander, and Kamar Baldwin were all up for Position Awards at the 1 or 2.

The Big East is a group of mediocre teams that can knock each other off on any given night. It makes for exciting basketball and lots of NCAA bids but little by way of deep runs. It lives off of 2 things. The old big East name and Villanova. Even in 2011 when like 60% of the league got bids only 1 lasted past the first weekend. I think since the new Big East maybe Villanova and 1 other team has gotten past the first weekend. If you replaced Big Eastvteams with MAAC teams they would do about as well.
