Has anyone ordered merchandise from the new Big East Fan Shop Frequently Asked Questions I ordered UConn items on 7/1 and 7/10, and although the orders were authorized, they were never fulfilled. Anyone else having the same issue?

I have written to them, assuming they are backlogged, but haven't heard back. Thanks in advance.

I ordered on the 1st and emailed them last week. Got the following response:

”All UCONN gear is currently for pre-order and will not arrive until mid-August.”

It upsets me that they teased us/said cool BE merch is coming out and then put out garbage. If they had put together nice retro Big East shirts they would be selling like crazy. Look at the retro shorts.
