It’s becoming apparent that the good guys are likely going to have to beat Creighton if they want to hold onto the 3 seed in the BET.

Yeah, either win that one or beat Nova. Creighton has to play @ Providence, @ St. John's, vs. us and vs. Seton Hall as well. Very difficult last four games. We have a .5 game lead right now. Hard to imagine Creighton wins out, but if they do it will be an incredible accomplishment.

Lol Creighton only makes 1 of 2, so it's a 2 point game with 5 seconds left. Marquette steps on the endline when inbounding and turns it over.

The endline thing in the final seconds happened to me once...when I was coaching a 7th grade game. How does a high level D1 player do that?

Aren't UConn and Creighton both 10-5 in the BE and have 4 games each left?

Every result this weekend helped the league get closer to 7 bids. That is huge.

Hurts our NET though with Marquette falling out of Q1 territory for our home win and Butler probably falling out of Q2 for our road win.

She had one hell of a screwup yesterday. Midway through the second half someone who hadn't been shooting well made a three. Her response was "with threes it isn't about when you make them or how many you make. It's about when you make them". I rewinded to be sure that I hadn't misinterpreted her comment.

Big game for both teams tonight in St. John's vs Creighton.

If St. John's win, they're back in the bubble conversation and a nice stretch (DePaul, Xavier, Marquette) to build their resume.

If Creighton wins, they should continue to build a foundation to earn not only a selection, but a first round bye.

Will be a good one!
