#29 Oklahoma just pounded #26 Okla State 73-54 to go 6-0 in the B12 on Sherri's birthday.

I was gonna start a thread about them. OU started out the season with some rough losses but they are tearing thru the Big 12. Already beat Texas and now Oklahoma State. They could make a case for the #2 team in Big12 behind Baylor.

Okla is actually #1 in B12 right now, by virtue of their 6-0 conference record vs Baylor's 5-0. That could change in a couple hours. Baylor-Texas game just started. Great attendance/excitement in the arena.

I expect Baylor to win this game easily.

Texas doesn't look the same as they did in the beginning of the season.

Not sure if the injury to Atkins hurt their flow. She is back but their last two games I've noticed a difference.

Agree OU is on a tear, but let's not give any huge status to the B12 lineup that fattened up on #200+ teams and are now getting exposed, like OK State. Sherri is a coach who puts her team through the necessary ropes early in the season to get them ready for when it matters, year after year. Right now the Sooners are smattering the B12 weak slate, and maybe the only interesting conference games will be OK and Baylor, as Texas fades back. Hate to use the same descriptive of a conference that the resident BY AAC hater uses, but pathetic may come close to summing up much of the B12 action.

Texas up 10-8 after 8-0 run.

Kim dressed with nat'l TV audience in mind (super high black heels, white pants, zipper front top, metallic-trimmed jacket). Aston went with more of the jeans/untucked dress shirt look

Ugh. Emekpali just went down with a bad knee injury. It was horrible.

Now Davenport down for TX - going into locker room, but it doesn't look as bad

Baylor's good, could be top-3 next year with Alexis Jones.

It looks to me, and to the infallible "rankers", that they are Top 3 THIS year, with their current roster.

The announcers of that game mentioned that Baylor's winning percentage over the last 5 years is the highest in WCBB, slightly higher than UConn's. That surprised me.

They're pretty young but they might be the most dangerous team outside of ND and SC, and I think they could beat those teams. Mulkey's a bit eccentric but she can coach. They gave UConn its toughest game last year if you recall.
