VerbalCommits is probably the best recruiting site out there in terms of comprehensiveness. I highly recommend using it.
 
Interesting that according to this site Miller (2 Stars) is a lesser prospect then Lubin (2.5 stars)

I believe those are from when they were coming out of high school.
 
Quickly scanning the list, I see four guards with 2.5 stars or more who are eligible to play this year:
Lonnie Jackson Sr SG from BC, 2.7 stars
Derrick Gordon Sr SG from Mass, 3.3
GeLawn Guyn Sr SG from Cinn 2.7
Austin McBroom Sr PG from StL 2.5
Are any of them viable candidates?
 
We should go after Frankie Ferrari from San Francisco. We can roll out 2 Ferraris out of the garage! Vrrroom, Vrrroom...
 
McBroom was an OK backup guard last year. I'd hope we can do better than that list.
 
I would give a hard look at Ike Nwamu from Mercer. He's got good size and shot 37% from three last year on a high volume of threes - he's a 39% career three point shooter and he can put it on the floor a little bit (15 points, 1.6 assists this past season). Scored 11 points on 4 of 5 shooting in their tournament win over Duke last year.
 
Ike Nwamu visited UNLV and Pitt, haven't heard anything about UConn but he seems like somebody we should be all over. Sterling Gibbs said he's staying at Seton Hall.
 
^^^^^^^^^^^^ yep just saw he visited UNLV. If they pair him with Seagears that will be pretty good.
 
McMillan doesn't impress me one bit. Other than the absolutely awful first two games of this past season, he basically put up R.J. Evans numbers in a worse conference (NEC) than R.J. did (Patriot League). And as great as R.J. was as a locker room leader and role model for younger players, we have that kind of guy in S. Miller. We need guys who can ball.
 
That website is pretty slick! Easy to look through. Here are a couple of other senior PG transfers that played significant minutes this past season and could be a better option than TSam as a backup point guard:
