Best Sandwich in Philadelphia

I am heading to Philly for the weekend and have a book itinerary planned by my SO. My one "must" is a badass sandwich, whether it be roast pork or a cheesesteak, I would love some recommendations.

If transportation is not a problem - best cheesesteak is @ Dalessandros just outside Philadelphia.

Yea.. Donkey Place is in Jersey but iconic.

They also didn’t have Delassandro’s in Roxborough (Northwest Philly). I’d put it in top 5 of places to hit if adventurous in navigating to neighborhoods. Dalessandro's Steaks and Hoagies. Philadelphia, PA

I'll bet even our old friend Angus West wouldn't suggest this sandwich above a local Philly shop hoagie, but for $7, it's probably not too bad. I haven't been to an Arby's in years but it's on my list. There just isn't one around the corner from me
