It's possible with Amherst but centering it at Lowell would make UMass skyrocket, as a whole. Sad Bay-centric mindset. What can I say?Ouch...that hurt!
Personally, I am all for a western Mass version of UMass.

).Crap....with a username like mine I don't have a shot of making it into the P5![]()

If we're going to start splitting posters, there are specific sets of criteria that I think each and every one of us should answer:
1. Is the poster a member of the AAU...er...UAA? UCONN Alumni Association membership is vital to assuring the Boneyard's intellectual integrity.
2. Where does the poster live? Thanks to our Conference Realignment thread, the Boneyard seems to be shifting towards westward expansion. But it also can't forget about its northeast roots. Riodogs and CAHUSKY give the Boneyard reach into impressive international and domestic markets, for example. So we must ask ourselves, how much do we want to sacrifice of our core northeastern ideology to expand?
3. Subscriber carriage rates: where does the poster primarily post? If posts originate from a shared wifi connection, well that does the Boneyard no good. We don't want to share revenue with anyone, especially with some 17 year old hipster at a local Starbucks using the wifi to play games.
4. History. Posters should have a significant posting history on the Boneyard to gain entrance into Tier 1. Exception: newer posters may gain entrance with an impressive like to post ratio (let's use 4:16 or 1/4 as our guide).
5. Winners. In other words, we're looking for top like to post ratio posters. Fishy, tcf___, etc.
Not necessarily. If you go by the criteria that I would use to judge Tier 1 posters, you have a solid like to post ratio of 2:1. Plus, you give the Boneyard reach into the fertile posting grounds of MA. We'd have to do something about your academics, but I guess exceptions can be made.![]()

Lol! Also, if you post in a game thread it kind of throws off your ratio as you're probably posting a decent amount. When you can get a bunch of likes for posting pictures of scrotums.. I worry that ratio may not be indicitive of quality...
There are four posters I always read when their posts are the most recent bizlaw, fishy, whaler, and nelson muntz. The four probably couldn't be more different.
Also really like jimmy Serrano, Excalibur, zoo cougar and I I've always appreciated sportsart undying support of the program. Lrock doesn't post much now but I liked his posts also.
Overall, I think this is one of the best fan boards out there, and why we get so many visitors only a handful of which really annoy me.
If you're worried about quality vs quantity don't forget these favorites:Lol! Also, if you post in a game thread it kind of throws off your ratio as you're probably posting a decent amount.
Have we really gotten to the third page without anyone mentioning Joyce?

Ah, good catch.Technically no. LRock mentioned him on the last post of page 2:
JnYceOnly because I LOVE how mad he gets with people call him JOYCE and I also like how proud he is to be from Fairfield County...I'm with you buddy, I've been gone for 10 years but I'm FC for life!
Personally, he's one of my least favorite but I don't give him much thought. JOYCE: trolling the Boneyard since 2011.
The ole 97' gets my vote , also Fairfield cty he is a very passionate fan with tons of info

FCF was a bad miss to date. CHB also but he fixed himself.
I know he's been pretty quiet since his wedding and moving away .... but what about Santini??? Best game summaries and soundtracks! UCONN should have made him a fulltime offer!

Gawd ... this place suddenly turned into a High School
