If I could make a Pepe's pizza like they used to do it in 1985 and reproduce that exact pizza in the city where I live (Buffalo) I'd be lucky to have a few customers a day. Mostly I'd have an avalanche of complaints that I was ripping off customers by not putting on enough cheese, not enough toppings, too thin crust, and the sauce isn't very sweet at all! [/QUOTE]
