They also will make a delicious thin crust tomato pie if you call ahead. That being said, if you want a treat then a sausage & mushroom pie, or sausage only pie, or margarita pie is to die for. I do not know where they get their olive oil from but it definitely makes a difference, not to mention, it still is the only pizzeria that still makes it’s own sausage. The best clam pies I have had have been at Zupp’s and Pepe’s. The best tomatoe pie I ever had came straight from the hands of Sal Consiglio about 50 years ago. I went again last year for the same, took one bite and asked for the check and a take home box, my wife and I then walked out and went up the street to Pepe’s.
