Best case scenario in this round of CR

As the P4 have shunned our advances, the following bullet points would represent our best case scenario.

Big East getting a TV deal with FOX/ESPN where 100% of our basketball games are on linear TV still. That will be tough but doable in the age of streaming.

The Big East media rights deal netting 7+ million dollars per year per team on average.

The Big East staying at 11 teams or adding Gonzaga.

Our football program extending with CBS Sports Network for 1 million per year.

The CFP going to a 5/7 format instead of a 6/6 format leaving an additional at-large spot.

Cal and Stanford both going independent in football. Could give us two set in stone October or November games most years.

Independents will be down to Army, UConn, UMass, and ND. Given how crazy CR has become it seems a G5 might be interested in some football only options but I think Indy will work out OK for UConn if no other invitation is forthcoming.
