UConn Women Well Aware Of Syracuse's Backcourt Boasts; Huskies, Orange Meet Monday At 6:30

"The Syracuse backcourt has billed itself as the best in the country. Auriemma and his players are aware of the boast.

"It basically just gives us a chip on the shoulder," UConn's Saniya Chong said. "We're going to go out, work really hard and basically prove it on the court."

Peterson and Sykes both played well tonight though Peterson did have 5 turnovers. Their play was some of the better performances I have seen against UConn this year. That said, UConn still dominated. What is abundantly clear to me, with its tougher path to the FF, UConn will be more tested than Baylor who has had a fluff schedule so far. Even Louisville due to their small size will not fair well vs. BU. However, both MSU or Wash could present a serious challenge.
