Warde is going door to door to all former season & single game ticket holders and handing out the remaining 15k tickets or so for free. He's also arranged with LAZ to waive parking fees.

We are now expecting about 25K on Saturday.

Great idea, let's do it! 48 hours is plenty of time for a small group of UConn-nerds online to get 15K extra people to show up for the game, be in there before kickoff, and stay until the game is decided. Why didn't we think of this before? We should do this for every game... if B1G schools can do it, why can't we!?

Ideas to fill the Rent:

• The 'Wine & Cheese' special : Free season tickets, under the condition that you only attend conference games between teams with >.500 records. Cheering is only allowed when prompted by the jumbotron. If anyone in your section is standing and yelling, tell them to sit down and shut up.
• CT Fastrack/Dogs-for-Dannel : Ride public transportation to the game, you will be admitted for free. Ticket costs for this group will be divided up and reimbursed by fans who attended the game in the Luxury Suites.
• Pathway to Citizenship : Syrian refugees will not only be admitted to the game, but included in the incoming UConn 2020 class.
• Dogs-for-Dogs : 2 free tickets to anyone who shows up to the game with a dog. Dog MUST be trained to 'sit'. We need to fill those seats!
• 'Cougar Party' promotion : Any attractive female aged 35-55 is admitted for free, and will be directed to sit in section 221
• Delusional Daydream : The next Boneyarder that posts a thread about filling the Rent will be given 4 seats on the 50-yard line to see UConn decimate Iowa in the National Championship in Glendale Arizona on January 11th. After the game, Bob Diaco renounces his Iowa college degree, signs a lifetime contract with UConn, and officially announces his campaign for Governor of Connecticut.
