Just underway, and showing on "Fox Sports West" or on foxsportsgo.com

Just a couple weeks ago the Cowgirls scored the win over OU in Stillwater. This is the return game in Norman.

Should be a good one.

1:29 to go in quarter 8-8 ... lots of misses. Wanna get scared again Texas UConn replay in second half on SNY ;) Me, once was enough.

Pierre-Louis just picked up her 3rd foul early in 2Q. This is a major problem for OU. Jensen and Coleman are already starting to have a field day in her absence.

OSU just took the lead 18-15 on a 10-2 run, and Sherri Coale burns a timeout with 5:22 to play in 2Q.

Loryn Goodwin is trying to hard. She needs to try get to the foul line or something to get her shot back. Oklahoma State is having a great season but its in large part to Goodwin. Another rivalry game that can go either way.

After going ice-cold in 2Q, OU responds with a huge offensive 3Q, outscoring OSU 25-19 to trail by just one point heading into 4Q.

OU frosh Shaina Pellington is having herself a game, already with 19 points.

1-18 for Goodwin :eek::eek::eek::eek: Dont think Ive ever seen a stat line from a good player like that

And what's amazing is that her team is still on the verge of winning the game. Up 1 and they have the ball with 3 secs left.

I assume ESPN just made a mistake

Sorry, missed that there was a thread.

So what happened?

Keadline says State won, but pbp says OK took the lead with 69 points and 3 seconds left.

OSU hangs on for a 70-67 win and sweeps the Bedlam series (when was the last time that happened?).

Kaylee Jensen was an absolute monster, with 29 points and 13 rebounds. Freshman Braxtin Miller chipped in with 13 points.
Shaina Pellington for OU finished with 26 points.

The boxscore has State winning 70- 67

That was a mistake. Manning didn't score a layup. She turned the ball over on the inbound play.

Here is the play that proved decisive in this game. You can see why a stats person initially erred in recording this as a made layup by Manning. She made the shot but it was waved off on a traveling call. Probably the correct call.

Oklahoma is now 9-10 and at high risk of not making the NCAA tournament for the first time in almost 20 years. Coale is one of the highest paid coaches in the country and her program hasn't been relevant in the national picture for about 8 years now.

Oklahoma is in an odd situation. They are a much better team than their record would indicate. Thanks to an outstanding SOS (ranked #3, only behind UConn and Notre Dame), their RPI is in the mid-30s despite a losing record.

I do believe that as long as Oklahoma can finish above .500, they will likely make the tournament on the strength of their RPI, SOS, and quality wins. Four of their 10 remaining games are against Kansas (twice), Iowa State, and Texas Tech: those are must-wins. They'll need to win at least 2, and perhaps 3, of their other 6 games against TCU, Kansas State, West Virginia (twice), Baylor, and Texas. Won't be easy but it's doable.
