Well it gets even better

The air bnb host didn’t cancel on their end, so we had to go through the phone with air bnb just to get a credit to book new accommodations. As you know, you can’t see exactly where a listing is until it’s fully confirmed and such.

What we saw on a map was in the same area as the first booking, so we jumped on it, knowing we only had about a week until we arrive. We were supposed to stay right by Cienega Park, which is kind of where Beverly Hills meets WeHo.

Now that it’s gone through and we are asking about early check-in, the host is replying to us and including statements about how close we are to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Sure enough, it turns out the listing is actually in the dead center of Hollywood.

But you know, hotels don’t have charm or something like that
