Bearcats getting it together (a bit)

Beating Xavier (47-26!) the other day gave Cincinnati the city championship for the
first time in several years. They are also 5-0 against Ohio schools (wins vrs. Kent St.,
Youngstown St., Ohio St., Akron, and Xavier), so they could make a (disputed) claim
to the championship of Ohio. (Dayton is 2-0 against Ohio schools).

That's the good news.

The bad news is that their next four games are against UConn, SMU, Louisville, and
Rutgers. I think their five game winning streak is over.

It's been a ROUGH season for Xavier, but that notwithstanding, Cincy has been pretty solid of late. Good for Jamelle, but I have to hope for another big MOV.

Good for Jamelle, but man has she got to start landing some top 50 kids. She has no one from 2014 better than a 3 star and their highest rated player, Owens, isn't even in the top 100. However, she is ranked 83 per Blue Star, but still... to not have a single player composite better than 100 is not good. Temple is not faring much better...
