He will join Louisville in the spring and start playing for the team in December. He won't be able to play before then.

when a program has this many injuries you have to start thinking its the way they practice and/or their style of play. That hectic pace and all that frenetic running around, pressing and trapping, has to be playing a role in all of these injuries, it seems like they lose a number of bodies every year.

Seems like they are cursed this year. Besides being a pitt (scum) fan which has to suck this year- being Lville fan has to be one of the most frustrating jobs in BE. They started the season with 600 players and half way through they are down to half of their rotation. That hurts. Hate to see injuries determine a teams season.

Yes, I'm not sure the original poster had any current information. It's Buckles with a torn ligement - hard to believe it's going to take him a year and 1/2 to come back. Still really bad luck for them.

There was a post on the LV board speculating Ware had a torn meniscus, I think that's what sparked the original post. Buckles tore his ACL in the other knee last year, now the other knee this year, that is why he is taking next year off.

He's also a junior, so I'm assuming they'll use a redshirt on him next year so he can have 1 full year remaining.
