Apologies if this was posted before, but I looked back and didn't see it mentioned... if it was covered already, feel free to delete/ignore.
Anyway, today one of our Pgh media bloggers posted this Jan 7th article from WSJ about values of BCS teams if they were bought and sold like NFL teams. And UConn was ranked highest in value of all (current) BE teams, and ahead of teams like NC, Miss St., Maryland, Baylor, Missouri and a few others.
I find that a bit surprising, if not outright shocking. But I suppose it's good news for future CR discussion.
