I almost fell out of my chair when Coach Jim addressed the ACC officiating in an ACC venue with the sideline reporter. It caused the play by play announcer & color commentator to have to address the issue in the following segment. The officials's ears must have been burning, because they basically called a fair game for the rest of the contest. (with the assistance of Beagle's players lack of self control)

About when was that in the game? I was watching it about 45 min behind live and was doing a lot of fast forwarding between plays and timeouts.

It was in the first half, either late 1st quarter or early 2nd quarter. Right after the sideline interview, the Thunderchickens got called for a couple of penalties & the play by play guy said that Coach Mora must be happy with THOSE calls & BC's coach not so much.....

Coaching was off the charts good. On offense the pass first approach I think caught BC off guard and then we ran the ball in the second half just the right amount for clock and ball control. Very well done. The defense made great adjustments in the second half. Once BC was forced to throw more the blitzing packages came constently and BC could never pick-up where they were coming from.

Hats off to Mora and the staff. I'm a little concerned how banged up we are with our RBs, so we'll have to see on that.

Did anyone there get an explanation why they play 25 or 6 to 4 after EVERY PLAY?!?!?
Damn I am glad I had urgent things to do. I love that song and would have ended up hating it.

I feel like I lived the song Friday night/Saturday morning, waiting for the alarm to go off at 6:30 to wake me up and start moving towards Boston.

BC college players made the first down signal at list 4 times after that during the game and there was never a flag. Maybe because Bell’s was along the BC sideline it was called. In any case, I hate the rule. It is changes from game to game and from referee to referee. Get rid of the rule. We don’t need referees changing out comes of games because of a rule that no one seems to understand.
You may hate the rule, but it is an automatic unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. It is a taunting foul under Rule 9-2-1. Officials are instructed to call it without exception.

Would like to see the replay of that, I really wanna watch the game replay anyways.

You know that we've turned the corner when I can honestly say that I'm upset Florida State is ranked higher than us...
Interestingly enough, one of the ESPN guys has us in the Birmingham Bowl playing Florida State

Joe, Skyler and Cam get most of the love and rightfully so. But I have to once again give some props to Bryun Parham. Another great game for Parham with many impact plays. A guy who has a nose for the ball, kind of like Jayden McDonald. He’s a playmaker and a difference maker and I appreciate him.
Bryun Parham makes PFF National & G6 Team for his effort yesterday:

National Team of the Week

EDGE: Derrick Moore, Michigan
EDGE: Ibrahim Diawara, Coastal Carolina
DI: Ezra Christensen, New Mexico State
DI: Santana Hopper, Tulane

CB: Zabien Brown, Alabama
S: Tyree Skipper, Louisiana-Lafayette
S: Cruce Brookins, Pittsburgh
Flex: Nehemiah Chandler, South Alabama

Group of Six Team of the Week

That's very optimistic of Schlabach to think that FSU is gonna find 3 more wins with a 5-game schedule that includes, Clemson, Florida, NC State, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest. I'm thinking they only come away with 2 of those...

I gotta talk to the mrs about fly across the country for the duke game, don’t think she will give me another chance to travel for a game… maybe if we get a good bowl
Worst case @Spsone07 , next season’s games at Air Force and Wyoming only part way across country.

Brock, with the exception of two game which will not be mentioned, has done a good job with halftime adjustments. Especially with pressuring the QB.

Right before the start of the 2nd Qtr.

Thanks. Saw it. Yeah, that was said with some confidence. First play of second qtr after announcers said he got in their ear, the crew called bcu for 15 yard face to the head penalty.

We beat them home and home. Won a boring defensive struggle in Bloomington in 05 or 06. I seem to remember a pick 6. Maybe Danny Lansanah.
Yes, to '06 in Bloomington. Yes, to a pick 6 by Lansanah. And, yes, to a boring, defensive struggle (a lone rushing offensive TD) for a second W over Hoosiers. Certainly, not the offensive fireworks we have today with Air UConn.
