Bazz seems to be alternately brilliant or awful. One game he'll hit 70% of his shots and dish out 13 assists with two or three turnovers. The next he'll hit 20% of his shots, have three assists and five turnovers. Not only do I think the rest of the team follows suit to his play, but I think there's an amplification effect.
I'd rather see him be consistently pretty good and the team consistently winning in the BE by 5-7 points per game, than see him tick-tock back and forth between excellent and terrible and the team kick ass one game and get beaten by a lesser squad the next.
