Bazz has been nothing short of sensational during this season and last season. His clutch time and overtime shots, rebound and assist totals, and leadership have been a joy to watch. I have been a fan since about 1981 in the days of Mike McKay, Norman Bailey, etc. In my 30 plus years as a fan, student, season ticket holder and alum, I can't think of another guard we have had who displayed such a well rounded overall game.
In my mind, Bazz has become an all time great Husky based on how complete his game is combined with his leadership skills. Bazz has grown so much as a player and a leader since he arrived in the summer of 2010. I feel very good about Bazz leading this team deep into the tournament come March. He is a man among boys out on the floor and I wouldn't trade him for any guard in college basketball.
I realize I am preaching to the choir, but I really think that Bazz has the most well rounded game of any guard to put on a Husky uniform.
