Mulkey's moment with Ionescu is typical of this country gentlewoman. Class move.

Great game, much closer than I expected. Oregon impressed me.

Well congratulations to Baylor for getting back to a championship game. Wasn't pretty but it doesn't really matter at this point

Ionescu did not play well down the stretch, but Baylor was very physical with her. Didi Richards got away with a lot of hand checking and physical contact.

Strong finish for Baylor. If UCONN wins itll be the first time they've ever entered the championship game as the underdog.

Cox isnt my favorite player but she had a heck of a game. By far the best player on the court tonight.

Ionescu pushed off before the slap, should have been a foul but on Ionescu.
I saw that too, it was clear as day in the slo-mo. Even if they called the foul on Baylor, it was way before the shot

Despite Mulkey's sideline convulsions, this was a well- officiated game. Some missed calls, but the refs were a non- factor. Let's hope game 2 has the same quality of officiating.

Oregon missed 12 of their last 13 FGs. Yikes.

Wow, that is terrible. That was a very winnable game for the Ducks, they're going to be kicking themselves for a long time letting that get away.

Baylor could be even better next year.

They definitely could be. PG play is the only question mark. Decosta/Smith/Egbo are all going to be studs. They're the easy preseason #1 pick if Ionescu is gone.

Cox is obviously great but despite the criticism here, I think it’s not a given that the younger players will replace Brown’s value at both ends.

I don’t think we’ll know for most of the season because who in the B12 (base 8) will push them?

I think they're #1 regardless.

Baylor will be much more athletic. I do think Smith and Egbo have a very high ceiling and offer things Baylor could not do with Brown on the floor.

I do want to see Decosta fully healthy. She can be really special. I loved what she brought in her limited minutes this season.

It will be a different team - for sure. Who steps in as PG?
