Solid sched for sure. Really looking forward to heading to XL February 18. That will be THE game of the regular season in WCBB.

That Tennessee game at Baylor will be ugly.

Harrison last year was 0-6 in 16 minutes last year in their first meeting. She did have 7 rebounds.

In the second meeting, Harrison fouled out in 6 minutes.

They also lose 51 of the 67 points and 34 of the 47 rebounds from the first game and 45 of 58 points and 30 of 42 rebounds in the second game to graduation.

Forgot about Penn State, another quality opponent. Purdue is a better opponent than, say, Farleigh Dickenson, but I'm skeptical.

Am I 'misremembering' [in the immortal words of Roger Clemens] but didn't Holly of LadyVol fame try to ditch or postpone the Baylor game this year....with
Griner departing after the season?

I gotta say, I miss reading the Summitt. Almost ponied up the money to join the new one, but I had to draw the line somewhere.

indeed- schadenfreude and amusing groupthink, though entertaining, aren't really worth paying for.

Oh come on. Simmons, Massengale and Burdick are all AA candidates this year. Harrison is better than Stokes and will show the country what she can do with a year under her belt. Phillips (JUCO) comes in ready to rumble. Spani is finally healthy and will also be an AA. Williams is finally healthy too. and Carter is one of the top 5 players in the freshman class - only her injury dropped her in the rankings.

All joking aside I do think Graves will be very good for them. She reminds me of Glory Johnson quite a bit.
