It comes down to the fact that we need players that have high basketball IQ. Players that know where to be, understand the defensive and offensive game plans, understand the scouting report, know the defensive rotations, communicate, etc. I believe it’s not as much a talent issue, as it is a basketball IQ issue. Too many dumb, boneheaded plays.
