UConn led all schools in the Northeast Region with five selections

>>GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Highlighted by First Team nods for Carson Cross and Vinny Siena, the UConn baseball team placed five players on the ABCA/Rawlings Northeast All-Region teams, the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced on Wednesday (June 10). The five selections for the Huskies lead all teams in the Northeast region, which encompasses New England and New York state.
Players selected All-Region become eligible for consideration for the ABCA All-America teams, to be announced on Saturday, June 13. Joining Cross (Brentwood, N.H.) and Siena (Woodbridge, Conn.) on All-Region teams are second team selections Blake Davey (Newport Beach, Calif.), Joe DeRoche-Duffin (Santa Ana, Calif.) and Anthony Kay (Stony Brook, N.Y.).<<
