Great season for "Old Guy"! Thanks for all those posting in a positive manner for what the Huskies have accomplished. Having been born in 1939 and following them in the Yankee Conference this is a wonderful feeling. Saw them lose to Ball State on campus many, many years ago. Following them now as I round 3rd base and head for home, is a special feeling. Thanks again for your posts. Be well and Happy Thanksgiving! Old Guy.....

Born in '39?

You're only rounding 2nd, and I can't wait for you to be around when the Huskies are good enough to win it all!

Thanks for those words. Drinks on me when they do.....I'm not sure that all realize what sports, all sports, but in this case UConn football and all the other successful sports at the University mean to the state, the Alum, and the citizens of Conn. When you look at the teams there, made up of various ethnicity, playing together to accomplish an objective, to win a game, makes me wonder why the majority of society can't do that. Oh well, that's just being an Old Guy.....Take good care and in the words of the Late Great Jim Valvano,,,,,,,NEVER GIVE UP! Love all you guys. OG...
