Obviously they should drop Illinois and invite UConn. Need us by the start of this year's football season? No problem, we'll make it work.
 
The entire state of Illinois has issues right now. I think they are just ahead of the lovely state of New jersey with respect to the most underfunded state pension plan in the country.
