It's not rigid, like the one Morgan was wearing when she first got injured. More like a snow boot. I gather she's been wearing this before games for awhile now.

Yes, I commented about it on several other threads. She is walking normally and smiling. So until we hear otherwise let’s assume it’s precautionary.

Also, I do remember a play during the SD St game when Azzi fell awkwardly and took a second or two to get up. It’s possible that Azzi “tweaked” her ankle on that play and is taking no chances by immobilizing her foot for the long flight to Spokane.

I am all for placing her in bubble wrap outside of necessary basketball activities. I wouldn't be against a palanquin, either.

For those long trips around campus I would recommend a howdah. They are usually more spacious so you can bring a friend, like Morgan, along for the ride. Just remember to pack some peanuts and a few bags of sawdust.

Thanks, now I know the word palanquin. Something I've seen before, but didn't know the name. There is so much to learn on the BY. I would be happy to carry Azzi around on a palanquin for the rest of the tournament, making the walking boot obsolete.
