The SEC has a bunch of physical players who pound each other in the paint. Ayanna should have absolutely no trouble asserting herself and fitting in.this is surprising
skeptical that AP can compete at the sec level
thought a mid major would ensure playing time
hopefully i’m completely wrong!’!!
And running the court with Greenway...The SEC has a bunch of physical players who pound each other in the paint. Ayanna should have absolutely no trouble asserting herself and fitting in.
Be happy for her. She will now get to play!!!!!I was disappointed to see Ayanna enter the transfer portal. I felt, finally be healthy, she could reach her full potential and be a mature and sgnificant addition to next years front court.
I wish her nothing but success in career at Kentucky.
It's complicated. Right now, based on 1st redshirt, she will be going into her 5th year to play 4. However, she had a 2nd RS year, so she may try to apply for a waiver, but there's a lot of talk about changing the rules, so who knows. How many years of eligibility does she have left?
How many years of eligibility does she have left?
There’s no telling what Kenny Brooks will make of Ayanna. But KY struck me as not strong enough in the frontcourt this year. And without Key and maybe Hassett next season, they’ll be a bit undersized. Whatever else Ayanna is, she plays bigger than her height, is really strong and moves really well. I can picture her freeing up Strack on offense and defense.she pairs up real well with Strack in the frontcourt.
Godspeed, be great, go hoop!
UsesHope she stays healthy & used her eligibility to get a master’s in something that will help her in post-uni life.
