I have already purchased my tickets for away games @SMU (50 yard line, 1st row, upper deck, $25 from Stubhub) and UCF (40 yard line upper deck, 10 row, $30 from UCF ticket office).

Anybody heading to either of those games?

Looks like my away game this year will be the AAC MBB tournament. I will go to the bowl game, however.

My buddy has a house about half way between here and Buffalo in the Adirondacks but considering that game is a sure loss I wont be making the trip. Maybe Temple? SMU and UCF would be nice though.

Maybe you should look for jobs on your trips. I'm sure they'd love to have you permanently :)

job at psu?

i might try but most likely they will look at my resume and see im a ct boy (assume uconn fan) and that won't be big time enough for them. back to the bottle.

That's awesome support going to all those games. Right now I am inked in for Ucf and strongly considering smu. Sound alike we are going to have a good crowd for the Ucf game

SMU is my B'day weekend. Long haul though. Not sure I can swing that if I want to get a Packer game or two in as well.

thats all u got?

No offense, but it's all he needs! You refuse to give money to UConn because of what you deem to be a bad Athletic Director but you are giving your money to a football program that covered up child abuse for decades???

I like you and even enjoy your rants, for the most part. But I don't understand this one. I would NEVER give one red cent to Pedd State.

Not exciting, I realize, but I'm probably going to Buffalo (alot of family in the area) and I was thinking about UCF. A buddy of mine just moved down to FL and is about a 2 hour trip. I see alot of SMU here and now I'm intrigued about Dallas. Great city.

High horse? Meanwhile PSU sells 100k every weekend so there are a few ppl who laugh at u. I think there are a lot of ppl here who would give a lot of money and time and effort to uconn so that they could enjoy a weekend road trip to PSU to watch uconn play them. Your way off.

Wvu you say how about you hange your name to inbred fan Dan.

Well my sister is 16 so u got me thinking. Really, u do....

This is uconn football folks. Wvu and PSU are way beneath uconn according to fans here. We got a commit who had a temple offer that no one wanted to report on. Commits moved in today not a peep. But hey, PSU and wvu are like norwalk community college in the NCAA basketball landscape.

No horses, just principle. People can laugh at me all they want. I would NEVER give money to a program/corporation/charity/whatever that knowingly covered up child abuse. I don't care if they draw 1M fans a game. I want UConn football to be as big as it can be but not at that kind of expense. They very literally sold out to the devil to become big time and damaged alot of lives along the way. Intentionally. There are lots of stadiums that can give you 90-100K. Pick any one of them except PSU.

Now excuse me while I saddle up my principle. :)

1-On uconns watch a uconn football player did things wi child . That went on in uconns dorms on uconns Internet. I suggest u immediately stop supporting uconn.

2- no horses? Then how is coach p and gdl going to deliver all of these offers to southern kids we have no chance with?

I live in the area and will, for sure, be going to the game at SMU on 11/16. Sounds like a few others will be as well. Might be a great tailgate oppty and possibly a chance to meet the Lagow family who live about 15 miles from Ford Stadium.
