The article is from April, but shows the 3 year trend for what each team is spending. Now I am even more impressed with the likes of Leicester, Crystal Palace, Swansea and Southampton.

Conversion rate 1.53 lb. per dollar. Historically the dollar pretty strong. I remember buying stuff and paying 2.0.

I'd love to know what QPR spent their season in the Championship. What is the average team salary for that division? QPR might be the most unlikable team ever....

As for Swansea, I'm hoping they spend some of the money they got from selling Bony on another striker. Gomis was good at the end but we need more then just him.
