Gamecocks start out hitting their first FIVE 3-point shot attempts. I'm wanting to see Laeticia Amihere return to the active roster tonight - she was with the team Monday for the Connecticut game, but her Canadian National team had just one their Olympic qualifying tournament in Ostend Belgium the day before, so she must have gotten into Columbia earlier that day. So she wasn't dressed out for the game.

Amihere was improving as the season progressed - in her 8 SEC games, she was averaging 7.3 ppg and 3.5 rpg, and shooting around 54%. Along with Saxton and Grissett, Amihere was part of a 3-headed bench monster averaging 6-7 ppg and 4-5 rpg, and shooting well above .500 from the field. Want to see her continue that improvement.....
