Every player stands around because Fargas doesn't give them a defining role. Only Pointer has the green light to do anything she wants.

Davis, for example should not just be limited to only shooting midrange shots. She was too talented coming out of high school to not be a big part of the offense. Same with Young. She is a big guard. She may not live up to her rankings. But she is somebody who has to get to the rim. Not just shoot jumpshots.
