I’m not proud of my daughters, I don’t have any. i‘m proud of my sons who are great fathers and I have 4 granddaughters who give me lots to be proud of. Some are above average soccer players at the hs level but all good students. Parents should do their best to support their kids and guide them as wisely as possible. The Griffin family seems be doing things the right way.

The transfer portal is a downgrade when it comes to UConn. Aubrey is finishing what she started and will hopefully expand her shooting tough, build her health and challenge for a WNBA top 10 pick come next year.

Aubrey has had a heck of a tough ride especially with her back surgery. Particularly as a parent, I can see how he would be bursting with pride to see how far she's come and how well she's playing. It's great that he is comfortable saying it publicly.

I believe she actually has 2 years left, if she wants another year. She possibly could make more $$ with NIL than WNBA rookie contract. She would also have a Grad degree paid for.
