With the WNBA Expansion into the Golden State Area in California, for next season, this will no doubt increase Aubrey's chances of being drafted into the WNBA. I expect Aubrey to have a "Stellar" season for the 2023/2024 UCONN WBB Campaign.

My understanding is that the expansion team won't begin playing for 2 years, until after the 2024-2025 NCAA season.
And there's still a 2nd expansion team that has yet to be announced.

My sense is that Aubrey will be the difference maker in getting UCONN the NC. With Nika, PB and Azzi spreading the floor and moving the ball there will be some space for Aubrey to operate. How many NCAA 4 or 5's can stay with her? Not many. She's always been a terrific defender and an extremely efficient rebounder. This may be the year that her offensive opportunities broaden and her skill set takes advantage of them.

Predict Aubrey is a 2nd round draft choice but makes her money and has a long career in European basketball. The WNBA is evolving to be more of a "put on a show" league that prioritizes offense. Aubrey's skills would be more unique overseas (and she likely would make more money there as well).
