Agreed. Winning is most important, but it's silly to just stop there and say "it'll sort itself out when we start winning".

Determine every reason why students don't go and address those excuses one by one.

I think one of the biggest thing is the bus fair and students that drive having to pay for parking. The bus ride should be free for students no matter what and if you're going to drive I believe students with season tickets should get a discount on parking.
