"The Curse" was about winning the World Series, not where it was clinched. Get over it, because it is indeed over. If home field advantage for the World Series alternated like it used to, the Sox would have won it at home in 2004, because the National League had HFA in even years.

Your particular flavor of Shadenfreude is unbecoming. Stop trying to manufacture a controversy that does not exist and has no way of sustaining itself.

Yeah it wasn't ideal but the place was 1/4 full on national TV. Attendance doesn't really matter though, just another school that can claim access to an NFL stadium over us in realignment.

So you're saying that out of 2 million people, 45,000 couldn't hop on the Green Line once the Duck Boats passed and go up to Chestnut Hill? That doesn't seem to be a defense of BC football, if you ask me.
