Not surprising but I guess it would have been nice to see if he could have turned it around if Angel McCoughtry had played this year.

Good guess Triad......i was wondering the same thing. But I think his goose was cooked when Angel decided to sit out. Whether for health reasons or just upset at the coach Cooper was a goner.

Sometimes it's hard to keep a player and a coach happy and on the same page. I think Angel and Cooper were not only on different pages but not even reading the same book.

The Dream started well, but faded badly down the stretch. I thought several players improved and the team competed pretty hard. It was unlikely that they would make the playoffs without Angel.
