ESPN/W is reporting that former UT-Martin's player Ashia Jones, who was dismissed from the team, is transferring to Memphis. MS Jones averaged 23.4 points per game this past season to rank fourth among all Division I women's players. She has to sit out a year. Don't know the reasons for her departure from the team, but it should really help Memphis when she is available.
