I'd counter-argue that we were missing our coach for a big chunk of it, and our finish did include three losses to one of the top teams in the country. Fair enough, it also included a loss to Providence, but you can't compare "record in last 10 games" without looking at who the teams are playing. Drexel wouldn't have finished 10-0 in their last 10 if they had to play Syracuse three times.
We can't get bent out of shape with anyone who picks Iowa State. It is an 8-9 game, so either team should have a good chance, by logic. And his point is legitimate that they can cause us match-up problems with the way they shoot the three. Iowa State is good, and every time you start looking at one of those great match-ups in another bracket, it always seems like the lesser marquee team gets the win and ruins it.
