Articles on UConn Women's mentality

Hi All,

Looking to help a young baller understand how mentality and work ethic are such an ingrained part of the UConn Womens' success. I remember a few articles from several years ago with anecdotes about this - UConn women playing 4 v 5 rather than picking up another college player in pickup games, etc.

Does anyone remember/have links to those articles? Alot of them were written at the end of the 4 year champ streak.

I remember reading that story. It wasn't from one of the usual sources. Somehow, I connect Sherri Coale with the article. But frankly, my memory is somewhat vague in that detail.
This is a longshot but, is it possible the article appeared, in a local newspaper, before UConn played Oklahoma at their place ?
